What to Wear? Comfy workout wear
For those that may not know what this is all about, it is a fun way to burn calories by dancing any way the music moves you! There are no steps to learn or choreography to follow, this is a good old dance party! We turn the lights down…crank up the tunes and get the flashing lights going! You’ll feel like your at a club….just no drinks! Lol!
Wear your comfy workout clothes and prepare to sweat!
Cost is $2….just enough to cover the cost of the hall rental.
