LOCAL AUTHOR – ANDREW GREVILLE WATTS Andrew has lived in the Rio Terrace community for the past 32 years.  Long time coordinator of the soccer program.  AFFILIATION is Andrew’s first novel.  He will be hosting a book signing at the Community Hall on Saturday, September 9 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. On the 3rd Wednesday of every month at the hall, we are inviting seniors to join us. Join for the coffee, tea and cookies. Join us to offer ideas on seniors programming. Or join us for the visit and social aspect.
