If you are interested in renting the hall here are the steps to go about renting:
1. Visit our website www.rioterrace.ca and check the hall calendar to see if your date is available.
2. Read through the hall rental info regarding pricing, insurance, and liquor license requirements posted on the hall information page.
3. Email the hall rental coordinator at rioterracecl@gmail.com or send text to 780-232-3399 between 9am-8pm and provide the date, time of event & number of people attending in the email.
4. The coordinator will confirm all the details with you, send you a rental agreement (or download it here), and get your event booked into our schedule. Any questions please feel free to reach out to the hall rental coordinator.
